Derrick and I had a wonderful 8 night stay at the Premier Inn in Leybourne. Wendy at the front desk went above and beyond for us. Her dedication to her job makes her a very valuable staff member. She was so lovely to talk to and we had many laughs with her. Thanks Wendy for making our stay so warm and friendly. Also a big thank you to Rory in the restaurant next door. He made our breakfasts feel like we were at home. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was warm and cozy. Thank you to both Wendy and Rory for your wonderful service. We will defiantly stay with you again. Derrick and Sharmane, Sydney Australia.

Myself and my Wife spent 2 days here at Premier Inn at West Malling after travelling 5 hours from West Yorkshire and we had a brilliant time while we were here. The area was easy to get to via the M1 and M25. The hotel had plenty of parking available at both front and back. Very quiet and very safe with cameras watching the car park. Upon entering, we checked in by the lovely staff member who made us feel very welcome. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. We stayed in room 108. The room was absolutely spotless and presented very well. Very comfortable room with a beautiful and clean bathroom. The toilet and bath/shower were very clean and presentable. Plenty of spare pillows if we needed them. The room had a hairdryer, towels, TV, kettle, cups, had wash and shower gel. The mobile Internet is none existent so heed caution to this. There is Wi-Fi available for free or pay £5 for a faster connection per day. We didn't bother paying for the faster Wi-Fi. The standard was fine for us. The restaurant next door connected used to be a Brewers Fayre but has since closed and Premier Inn has taken over it. You can tell. When we went for our dinner, there was no one in the restaurant apart from the staff (great for us as me and my Wife prefer peace and quiet. We are Introverted) I had Mac N' Cheese and my partner had a margarita. Unfortunately they gave her a pepperoni pizza which is no good as we're vegetarian. The staff apologised and gave us the right pizza after we mentioned it. Slightly annoyed by that but didn't cause a fuss. The mac n cheese was mostly slop, so wasn't impressed. But desert (Fudge brownie and ice cream) was very nice The breakfast next morning was much better. The breakfast had lots to choose from like cereals, yoghurt and fruits, toast, crumpets, muffins, pancakes and hot cooked breakfast. Coffee machine or make your own with different tea bags and coffees. Juices like apple, orange, and cranberry. You order anything you want from the hot menu and how much you want, then they bring you it. Not a buffet like others seem to be misunderstanding. The staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish. All the staff were amazing and deserve to be mentioned. Overall gets a 4* for everything. We'd definitely recommend it
This was my second stay at this hotel as I enjoyed it so much the first time . I stayed at the hotel as I was visiting family for the weekend. It was lovely the room was very clean and smelt fresh all the staff were friendly and super helpful thank you !!
Had a wonderful stay here a few nights ago. Staff were very friendly especially Sara who went over and beyond to make our stay extra special. Will definitely be returning
I have to say a massive thank you to the staff. I was staying there on Friday 31st Oct, but on the way there, literally at the roundabout, I was involved in a car accident where my car was deemed a right off. The staff were brilliant, they've allowed my car to stay in the carpark until it can be recovered, they gave us an extended check out time (3pm), so that a courtesy car could be dropped off to me, they also allowed me to store my car bits (I had to empty the car) in reception. They honestly went above and beyond, which I'm so grateful for.
Absolutely fabulous. Location rooms are cleanly and clean, but more importantly the restaurant opened on our last night here. I'd just like to say a massive thank you to Cameron and Tyler for an amazing meal we had. The steak was cooked perfectly after a long hard day on site. This is just what we needed to relax and unwind. Thank you so much!
Excellent stay as always. Staff friendly and helpful go the extra mile to ensure you enjoy your stay . Definitely a improvement to the food since my last stay highly recommend
